Adjustment to the Builder Prepared (BP) engine rules for competing with the Pa. Cage Controlled Outlaws.
The carburetor will have the following additions. ( Note: this is the only adjustment from the original BP rules)
Stock appearing Huayi or Rui*ing carb. Max. bore of venture not to exceed .660. Air filter adapter not to exceed 1.375. Air filter may be up to 8 inches long. Pulse type fuel pump allowed. Fuel pump must be pulsed from the crank case or valve cover. Black phenolic carb insulator must be used. Choke assembly may be removed. If removed, choke shaft hole must be plugged. Jets tubes and orifices non tech. Low speed factory jet must be present and functional. Any throttle mechanism may be used but must work with stock throttle shaft bell crank.
